Introduction
Suction sewage truck is a new type of environmental sanitation vehicle
that collects, transfers, cleans, and transports sludge and sewage to avoid
secondary pollution. The suction truck can self suction and discharge, with
fast working speed, large capacity, and convenient transportation. It is
suitable for collecting and transporting liquid substances such as feces, mud,
and crude oil. The suction truck adopts a domestically advanced vacuum pump
with high suction force and long suction distance, which is particularly
suitable for the suction, transportation, and discharge of sediment in sewers,
especially for large objects such as sewage mud, sludge, stones, bricks, etc.
Installation configuration:
Elliptical tank with an effective volume of 1.52 cubic meters and an actual volume of 1.9 cubic meters. The tank is made of high-quality carbon steel with a thickness of 5mm according to national standards. It is equipped with a 5-ton Yifeng vacuum pump, a sewage pipe, a self flowing valve (200 butterfly valve), an anti overflow valve, a suspension rod seat, a water oil separator, a 7-meter suction pipe, and other standard equipment in the factory.
