Introduction
Suction sewage truck is a new type of environmental sanitation vehicle that collects, transfers, cleans, and transports sludge and sewage to avoid secondary pollution. It is suitable for collecting and transporting liquid substances such as feces, mud, and crude oil. The suction truck adopts a domestically advanced vacuum pump with high suction force and long suction distance, which is particularly suitable for the suction, transportation, and discharge of sediment in sewers, especially for large objects such as sewage mud, sludge, stones, bricks, etc.
Installation configuration:
1) The tank body is made of high-quality carbon steel with a thickness of 5.2mm and a Q235B cylinder body from Wugang. The head is 5.5mm and the corrugated anti wave plate is 4mm.
2) The tank is connected to the warehouse. Two ordinary tank ports, with a self flowing port installed at the bottom of the rear head of the tank, controlled by a DN100 manual copper gate.
3) On the right side of the main beam, there is an 80/100 gear pump (pump in and pump out), a toolbox, with a single-layer upper fence on the top of the tank, no aisle, a tail ladder, two equally long anti freezing discharge pipes for the tank, two fire extinguishers, and other standard equipment from the manufacturer.
