Process details:
1. The two warehouses are interconnected and controlled by a 100 ball valve.
2. The tank is equipped with platforms and guardrails on both sides, with the platform enlarged and thickened, and an external ladder.
3. The reel is installed on the rear head, controlled by hydraulic pressure, and equipped with a set of self-made anti overflow valves and stainless steel filters.
4. Install a ball valve switch on the bright tube, add a hand washing device to the bright tube, and make the rear toolbox as large as possible.
5. An LED lighting fixture with tail lights and a cover.
6. The cross-sectional size of the rear protection is 235 × 60mm, and the lower edge is 470mm above the ground.
7. The tank capacity is 5 cubic meters of clean water, and the rest are used as sewage tanks. The partition is sealed with a head, and stainless steel is laid inside the tank.
8. The tank body is made of 8 thick carbon steel plates, with a water tank mouth for clean water and a cement tank mouth for dirty water. A ladder is added inside the tank.
9. Build a platform and guardrail at the top. Rear head reinforcement, rear cover does not open.
10. At the rear, there is a 700 hydraulic quick open valve, a 150 ball valve, and a 100 ball valve with an outlet. The ball valves tilt downwards and try to make them as low as possible. For the clear water valve, a 100 ball valve is used, and one 100 ball valve is used for internal extraction. An inner conduit is added, and a baffle is added to the inner conduit.
11. Add 65 fire ball valves on both sides of the clear water tank and a drain ball valve at the bottom.
