The interior and exterior fabrics of the cabin are made of the latest nano glass fiber reinforced plastic (non light absorbing, good insulation, strong hardness, oxidation resistance), with a thickness of 8cm. The inner lining skeleton is made of rust resistant high-quality light steel profiles from WISCO, and the insulation material is filled with polyurethane foam without gaps. The bottom of the cabin is made of aluminum alloy patterned board or flat nano glass fiber reinforced plastic. The cabin is wrapped with galvanized stainless steel corners and thickened aluminum alloy edges. The rear door frame is made of stainless steel, and the thickened stainless steel rear door hinges and locks are used. LED lighting and cabin width lights are used inside the cabin. |

Dongfeng Changxing X3 new refrigerated truck
Refrigerated truck is a closed van vehicle used to transport frozen or fresh
goods. It is a specialized refrigerated transport vehicle equipped with a
refrigeration unit and a polyurethane insulated compartment. It is commonly
used to transport frozen food (refrigerated truck), dairy products (dairy
transport truck), vegetables and fruits (fresh goods transport truck), vaccines
and drugs (vaccine transport truck), etc.
Refrigerated truck consists of the walking part of a specialized vehicle
chassis, as well as insulation and thermal insulation compartment (usually made
of polyurethane material, fiberglass, color steel plate, stainless steel,
etc.), refrigeration unit, temperature recorder inside the compartment, and
other components. For vehicles with special requirements, such as meat hook
trucks, optional accessories such as meat hooks, cargo blocking troughs,
aluminum alloy guide rails, ventilation troughs, etc. can be added.
Refrigerated truck installation configuration:
(1)The refrigerated truck adopts a galvanized pipe skeleton, with fiberglass inside and outside, and 8CM polyurethane extruded sheet filled in the middle; High strength adhesive, hot press molding using a fully automatic gluing and pressing machine. The gluing and pressing process is completed in one go, with uniform gluing and minimal bulging, resulting in rapid and efficient board output.
(2) The bottom of the compartment is made of plastic steel pattern plate, with apron on the inner side of the compartment, two drainage holes in the front, rainproof design and labyrinth rubber sealing strip on the door edge, aluminum alloy profile edge wrapping, stainless steel corner wrapping, stainless steel door lock, thickened stainless steel rear door hinge and lock, and LED lighting inside the compartment.
