The interior and exterior fabrics of the cabin are made of the latest nano glass fiber reinforced plastic (non light absorbing, good insulation, strong hardness, oxidation resistance), with a thickness of 8cm. The inner lining skeleton is made of rust resistant high-quality light steel profiles from WISCO, and the insulation material is filled with polyurethane foam without gaps. The bottom of the cabin is made of aluminum alloy patterned board or flat nano glass fiber reinforced plastic. The cabin is wrapped with galvanized stainless steel corners and thickened aluminum alloy edges. The rear door frame is made of stainless steel, and the thickened stainless steel rear door hinges and locks are used. LED lighting and cabin width lights are used inside the cabin. |

Foton Auman 8X4 Refrigerated Truck
Refrigerated truck is a closed van vehicle used to transport frozen or fresh
goods. It is a specialized refrigerated transport vehicle equipped with a
refrigeration unit and a polyurethane insulated compartment. It is commonly
used to transport frozen food (refrigerated truck), dairy products (dairy
transport truck), vegetables and fruits (fresh goods transport truck), vaccines
and drugs (vaccine transport truck), etc.
Refrigerated truck consists of the walking part of a specialized vehicle
chassis, as well as insulation and thermal insulation compartment (usually made
of polyurethane material, fiberglass, color steel plate, stainless steel,
etc.), refrigeration unit, temperature recorder inside the compartment, and
other components. For vehicles with special requirements, such as meat hook
trucks, optional accessories such as meat hooks, cargo blocking troughs,
aluminum alloy guide rails, ventilation troughs, etc. can be added.
Installation configuration:
1-Box board material: The inner and outer wall panels are made of domestic 2.2mm fiberglass (which does not absorb light, has good thermal insulation, strong hardness, and is resistant to oxidation); The thickness of the trunk is 8CM.
The floor is made of aluminum patterned board, and the door edge strips are made of labyrinth rubber sealing strips.
2-Body accessories: aluminum alloy edging around the body, stainless steel corners, stainless steel door lock hinges, stainless steel door frames and hinges, energy-saving LED lighting inside the body.
3-Refrigeration unit: Kelly, Kexue, Lengwang, Carrier, Bayer and other refrigeration units can be optionally installed.
4-Optional configuration: movable frame meat hook, docking slide rail, ventilation groove, insulation plate, internal stainless steel, 380V backup power supply, ordinary tailboard or hydraulic tailboard.
