Shacman Delong L5000 13.6m³ aircraft refueling truck
Aircraft refueling truck is a specialized vehicle designed to provide refueling and pumping services for aircraft, used to inject aviation kerosene into the aircraft's fuel tanks.
Types and functions of aircraft refueling trucks
Aircraft refueling trucks are divided into two types: tank type and tube type:
Tank refueling truck: mainly used for small and medium-sized airports without underground refueling pipelines. It has functions such as transportation, storage, oil pumping, pressure regulation, purification, and metering. Tanker trucks usually carry more than 10 tons of fuel, equipped with refueling arms, and can pump 4000 liters of fuel per minute, with high efficiency.
Tube refueling truck: mainly suitable for large airports with underground refueling pipes. Tube type fuel trucks do not have the function of transporting and storing fuel, but they have the functions of pumping, regulating, purifying, and metering. The tubular refueling truck safely and quickly delivers aviation kerosene into the aircraft's fuel tank through underground aviation fuel supply pipelines.
Top configuration: The tank body is made of aluminum alloy material, with a simplified diameter of 5mm and a head of 5.5mm. The effective volume of the tank body is 13.6 cubic meters. The unit is a stainless steel aircraft loading and unloading special pump, with an overflow valve, 3-inch pipeline and valve (aluminum alloy pipeline and valve), one European standard tank mouth, one submarine valve, a set of bottom oil and gas recovery device, and a quick connector with a ball on the left side of the tank body (with the same diameter as the connector). The quick connector model is HYJ-63X. The front of the tank body is equipped with an equipment compartment, and the equipment compartment (with a rolling shutter door) contains a filter, flow meter, aircraft refueling truck special reel, self sealing oil gun, refueling machine pipe diameter of 38mm, instrument panel, electronic level gauge, oil-water separator. The oil and gas separator and other equipment meet the requirements for refueling small helicopters, and the filter indicators meet the domestic filtration standards for aviation kerosene and aviation gasoline. The piping system is equipped with a filter separator to remove moisture and impurities from the fuel, ensuring high purity of the fuel and safe and reliable operation of the aircraft and other equipment. The top of the filter separator is equipped with a fully stainless steel automatic exhaust valve, which utilizes the buoyancy difference between liquid and gas to automatically control the opening and closing of the valve, achieving the function of automatic exhaust of gas, reliable closure after gas is exhausted, and automatic opening during oil withdrawal. The automatic exhaust valve is equipped with a manual valve at the bottom, which is usually in the open position.
