Dust suppression vehicle is a special type of vehicle that suppresses dust pollution by spraying dust suppression solidifying agents and other spraying liquids. Mainly serving railways, roads, and other dust prone areas. In terms of structure, the dust suppression vehicle mainly consists of a swing arm spray device, a liquid storage tank, a self-propelled vehicle, and a control system.
Dust suppression vehicles need to install insulation and heating systems on their tanks, spray nozzles, and pump bodies in northern regions during winter in order to operate normally.Upper configuration:
(1) The actual volume of the tank is 14 cubic meters. Made of high-quality 4mm carbon steel plate rolled and pressed by WISCO.
(2) Equipped with a dedicated sprinkler pump, front spray and rear spray, side spray, rear work platform, and high-pressure sprinkler gun. The self-priming height of the sprinkler pump is about 7 meters, and the width of the vehicle's sprinkler is about 14 meters. The rear work platform water cannon can be adjusted (straight, heavy rain, moderate rain, light rain, drizzle), with an effective range of 28-32 meters. The whole vehicle is equipped with fire connectors, self regulating valves, and self-priming functions. Comes with 2 3-meter water pipes, 1 ladder, both sides and rear bumper.
